Just let us know. Whenever possible, we're happy to accommodate your plans.

You're also welcome to leave your luggage with us after check-out and enjoy the rest of your day before continuing your journey.

YOUR VALUABLES

Every room is equipped with an electronic safe.

Please set your own security code upon arrival and leave the safe unlocked when you depart.

YOUR HOUSE KEY REMOTE

Your remote control has two buttons:

Blue → Main gate

Red → Alarm system

If you accidentally activate the alarm, simply press the red button again to deactivate it.

Quite Hours

To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.

HOUSEKEEPING

Rooms are serviced on weekdays.

Fresh towels are available for your room, the garden and the beach.

To help us conserve water, we kindly ask you to request fresh towels only when truly needed.

• Room towels inside the house

• Beach towels for the beach and pool

Reusing towels whenever possible helps us conserve water and care for our environment.

IN AND AROUND THE HOUSE

KITCHEN

There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
Your room number is marked on the shelves and in the refrigerator, making it easy to keep your groceries separate.
Fancy a traditional South African braai? The grill is on the terrace, and braai wood is usually available at nearby petrol stations—or sometimes under the braai.
Before leaving the kitchen, please load your dishes into the dishwasher and press the Start button. Hand-wash items can simply be left in the scullery for Ellen.

SWIMMING POOL

The insulated pool cover helps keep the water pleasantly warm. Simply roll it open using the handle on the wooden box and close it again after use.
Sunbed cushions are stored in the small garage. Please return them after use.
Beach towels are available at the entrance. Kindly use only these towels outside the house.
Please use the swimming pool at your own risk. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

PARKING

Parking is available in front of the large garage (up to three cars) and on the gravel area next to the wall (up to two cars).
Please don't leave valuables visible inside your vehicle.

LEAVING THE HOUSE

Whenever you leave the property, please make sure the main terrace door is locked.

LOCAL SIM CARD

The easiest way to stay connected is to purchase a local prepaid SIM card, available at most supermarkets, petrol stations and shopping centres.

One of the best decisions we ever made was creating a private studio apartment for Ellen, our wonderful house manager, right here at Sunset Loft.

Sunset Loft is protected by a professionally monitored alarm system with perimeter beams and modern security technology, providing peace of mind throughout your stay.
24/7 Response: The property is monitored around the clock, with armed response available if required.

SECURITY SHUTTERS

All guest rooms and communal areas are fitted with burglar-resistant security shutters.
A reinforced entrance door with security glass and a high-security lock provides an additional layer of protection.

GARDEN GATE

The garden gate is locked overnight from 8:00 pm until 7:00 am.
You can still access the property at any time via the sliding gate at the small garage or the entrance door beside the main garage using the small key attached to your key ring.
